This package includes mentoring/coaching and includes hands on assistance with: creating a business name, filing Articles of Organization to create LLC, LLP, etc., developing an operating agreement, filing Statement of Information, obtaining an Employer Identification Number (EIN), obtaining a business license (and/or a home operating permit), and ordering digital and/or paper business cards, creating a bank resolution to open business accounts, and support with setting up “system” to operate your business.
