Our individual coaching sessions are tailored to meet your specific needs. After completing a self-assessment questionnaire, entrepreneurs have a free 30-minute consultation with a coach.

An assessment is made working with the client and a plan outline is created for a three-month period. Most clients prefer one-hour meetings but accommodations can be made for shorter time periods for busier executives. Each plan is different business are in different stages, and each business, and business owner are all different. During each session, clients have clear “manageable” action steps to complete before each session.
